The Basics
Name: Zankishoto Ryuu
Nickname/Alias: Winged Fire Angel
Age: 23
Looks:
Ryuu also has tattoos across his body. Down his right side is a large cross, standing amoung swirling flames. Down his left arm, above the elbow, there is a head of a white wolf, snarling at an enemy. Down his right forearm, Ryuu has golden Dragon swirling down, the head resting on the top of his hand. These are normally covered up when he is not wearing his ninja gear, and are completely visible during missions.
When battle ready, Ryuu wears a black pair of cargo pants, made of chakra enhanced material, making them impervious to dust/water/small tears, lowering the need to buy a multitude of them. He also prefers to wear black steel toed boots, using them to inflict more damage when deciding to use taijutsu. He wears a Black cut off vest over a blood red tanktop, and normally covers his hair with his head band opting to use the standard blue color instead of comething fancy.
Personality: Ryuu is a very calm and collected soul, most of the time. Like most people, he does have his pet peeves, and while those are far and few, his temper when pushed is a site to behold. Most would count themselves lucky to escape with just a few cut marks on their legs.
He also enjoys reading out by the lake and walking in the mountains, taking in the fresh air. An idealist at heart, he is a realist in the head, and knows when things have gone too far. However, when in a fight, he acts somewhat insane, going all out as soon as he has the full permission to.
Outside battle, he is normally talking strategy with his apprentice, or filing paperwork. On his off days he is located at the training field, ever perfecting his stance and form, along with kido.
Part of his time is also spent studying the anatomy of a human body, and improving his accuracy hitting the nerve centers and pressure points, using his knowledge of the human anatomy to utilize the Kaguya weapons and fighting style to the full capacity.

The 1st dance is the Flowering Blossom Dance. The user sprouts sharp bones from all around his body, and begins the dance, looking like a whirlwind of swirling blades.
The 2nd dance is the Alpha Dance. The user creates a dopple ganger out of bone, which charges the opponent. This is like Kankuro's puppet skill, as the doppleganger will trap the opponent, creating a cage out of its ribs. The user will then shoot bone like spears from its arms, intending to spear the opponent. Even if the attack misses, the user will continue to use the bone like spears as his weapons, attacking in a style much liked the unarmed Tiger style of the monks.
The 3rd dance is the Dance of the Earth. The user digs deep into the earth, concealing its chakra from the opponent. Creating a doppleganger to distract the opponent, the user concentrate on the bones growing from its body, and causes the entire battlefield to erupt with bone like spears coming from the ground. The user wil repeat this skill unless removed from the ground, attempting to dice the opponent up. As this is a bloodline skill, it takes a fair amount of stamina, but requires little chakra.
The 4th dance is the Dance of the Devil. The user created two rapiers out of its bones, and takes a stance much like the monk's Mantis Style. Striking pressure points with horrifying accuracy, this dance is named from a specific set of pressure points that is normally struck, causing the opponent to experience paralysis and blinding pain. The longer the user lets the opponent stay in that state, the closer they come to recieving the mind damage equivalent to Tsukiyomi from the pain
The 5th and final dance is the Dance of Doom. It can only be cast once, and only lasts 3 posts once cast. This dance causes the users bone structure and every bone that was created using this users bloodline to crumble into dust, letting them become one with the ground and the wind. They have complete control over the bone fragments and are able to mix the bone fragments into the wind, making it virtually impossible to trace them as this uses very little chakra, only enough to move the wind. The user can form a weapon from any amount of bone fragments, and after the attack the bones will dissolve again, preparing or another attack. Once the battle is over the user will return to their original form, and however much chakra is used determines how long the user is unconcious.
Clan History: The Kaguya clan was thought to have been extinct once Kimimaru died serving Orochimaru. However, this was not the case as Orochimaru had made many different clones of Kimimaru, and ignored then, assuming they would awaken on their own. One did, and set off on a trek to avenge his family for being used by Orochimaru. Finally arriving to Water country at the end of the 4th Great SHinobi war, he took up residence in Kumogakure, allowing the bloodline to once again emerge in this world.

- Ryuu was originally born in a small village outside of Konohagakure, in the Land of Fire. He grew up on a farm small farm, helping his parents milk the cattle and collect wheat to sell to the nearby villages. It wasn’t a good life, but it was life. As he began growing older, he soon realized what he couldn’t as a child, the cold glares and fear given to him by many of the ancient people in the villages, and the relief, and thankfulness given to him by the older generations. He was confused, but did not say anything about it.
This lifestyle went on for years, and Ryuu turned 15. The one birthday he swore never to forget. At midnight, as was tradition with his family, he woke up and went downstairs to the door, and out into the field. Heading towards the well in the center of the field to consencrate himself before the birthday, he stepped on a sharp object. Muffling a curse, he bent down to pick up the object. Standing back up, he felt a heat on his back, and to his utter dismay, say the house he lived in on fire.
Ryuu collapsed on his knees, staring at the burning house with tears in his eyes, his hand closed around the object he had identified as a headband he had seen his parents wearing. He did not need to look down to feel the scratch mark across the headband, nor did he need to look to feel the symbol for Konoha in the middle of the scratch. A quick chop to the back of the neck, and Ryuu knew no more.
Waking up 10 days later, Ryuu despondently looked out the window in the cell he was kept in. He was in Kumogakure, awaiting his punishment as a witness to the killing. He had been thoroughly examined by the med-nin in the village, and the Raikage himself came to visit once. That moment had a profound impact on Ryuu. Looking over the village from his cell, he could tell that the Raikage gave his life for his village, he had given it everything he had.
When the Kage had visited Ryuu, he had been a wisp of his former self, old in age and crippled, but with such a strong spirit and charisma that he remained Kage far beyond his years, using experience to avoid many conflicts. Ryuu was astounded at this man’s will to live. The Kage left, but the sheer presence of his spirit lingered in the room for days, seeming to infect Ryuu. He understood why his parents were killed now, he didn’t hold it against the Kumo nin. He just wished he had a chance to restore his honor, and the honor of his family back to higher than it originally was.
Finally the day of reckoning arrived, and Ryuu stood in front of the Kage and his council, only to have been told that he would be admitted into the Ninja Academy later that day. Ryuu was dumbfounded, before being told why. He was the carrier for a negative bijuu, the Seven Tails. All of a sudden, memories came rushing back, causing Ryuu to stagger for a second before regaining his composure. He was determined to regain his family name and honor, for they died protecting him.
The year flew by as Ryuu threw himself into his studies. Being in Kumogakure did not help once his bloodline appeared, a bloodline normally found in Mizugakure before the Great Purge. He pushed through that though, and at the mention of his Bloodline Clans extinction, Kumo was very eager to hold on to him. He mastered his bloodline despite the difficulties, and apparently to a farther extent.
Ryuu became a genin, and did the dreaded D-rank missions. He experienced his first kill, and many more after that. He gained prestige among the Village, never failing a mission, and still staying on the same team, keeping his teammates alive more then once due to his unique conditions. Fully surpassing all previous thoughts about him, Ryuu went on to become Chuunin, and then Jounin on the first time through his exams.
He was called a prodigy and a genius, but kept true to himself and did not let those labels get to his head. He worked just as hard as the others, and maybe harder, perfecting his justsu and his bloodline techniques to their fullest. After becoming a Jounin, he found out his affinities, giving him ever more deadly combinatiosn with his jutsu. Wind and Fire, both strong on their own, but deadly together.
Shortly after Ryuu became Jounin, he starting focusing more on learning strategy, and sword play. He spent hours training the sword, considerably easier due to his bloodline, but learning new styles. The more styles he learned, the higher his prowess as a swords master grew. He quickly began, absorbing would be the best term, information on styles, from near and distant lands, from Konoha to Suna.
And then came another life changing moment for Ryuu. He began conversing with his inner demon. It happened during night mostly, as Ryuu would fall asleep and appear in a dungeon inside his mind. The only prisoner however, was a giant black Seven-Tailed Weasel, Uindo. And this began a partnership that most would not expect.
Uindo knew that it wasn’t leaving, and would perish with Ryuu. It accepted that fact, but refused to go out without a fight. After making a deal with Ryuu, Uindo gained the ability to see the world through Ryuu, and experience the pleasures of that world. Ryuu in turned gained sharpened senses, and an almost unending chakra supply, and the unique ability to control wind at his pleasure. He soon mastered that skill also, giving him the nickname “Kaze no Majin,” meaning Devil of the Wind.
And then the dreadful day came. Ryuu stood in front of the coffin, staring at the Yondaime Raikage sadly, noting that in death, he had at last achieved the peace he deserved. Ryuu stood at the funeral long after everyone had left, his tearing silently pouring down his face, masked by the rain. Finally he left, vowing to continue in the old mans place.
The time came sooner then expected though. Shortly after the Yondaime Raikage’s funeral, Ryuu was called in front of the Council of Kumogakure. He was then informed that he was selected to be the next Raikage, that he had been named the successor. He was honored and horrified. He asked for more time to become worthy, and received one year. During that year he trained in everything, becoming as strong as possible. He also studied strategy, and politics, knowing that with the Kage gone, war was soon to be on their steps. The year passed by quickly, and Ryuu was named the Godaime Raikage, at the mere age of 19.
The next two years passed quickly, and with almost astounding results. Ryuu, in his first act of Kage, quickly sought to reestablish ties and alliances with other nations, and managed that quite well. Shortly there after, he successfully avoided war with three small neighboring countries, showing his through training in politics. Quickly defeating challengers who believed he was too young, Ryuu slowly brought Kumogakure into a new era, one of prosperities and wealth.

Leon wiped the sweat from his brow, pausing to look at the patch job he did on his Gundam. It would have to do until Seta and Abigaile got over here in this sector with the specialized equipment.
Leon shook his head. Really though, who DOESNT have a precision welder lying around a giant spaceship besides the Katharons.
Pushing himself off his Gundam's arm, Leon headed over to a nearby crew member. "Hey, where is the locker room in this place? I need to clean up a bit." The crew member pointed over to the door and Leon headed that way. Behind him, he could hear the shouts of surprise from the people he left behind.
"Did you see that kid?"
"Yeah. Is he really from CB?"
"Looks like it, but why... HEY! Look at the patch job this kid pulled off!"
"Holy... did he use his own equipment?"
"No. He used all of ours. I saw that hole though. Its amazing he managed to patch that up with just one sheet!"
Leon just shook his head and ran into the locker room, taking his clothes off and throwing them into the machine used for express cleaning. It was a good thing that he managed to avoid wearing some of his better clothes. He didnt realize he would need to do a full scale maintenance job while he was here. It was amazing that these guys had as many parts as they did.
Leon needed Solias to get down there though. Those prototype guns he made were good, but without a more indepth repair job, he could only use use them a few more times before even the Gundanium used to make the guns was destroyed. That in itself was a feat.
Leon groaned in releaf as the hot water from the shower hit his back. That was such a good feeling. Looking at his arms, he realized that there was a bit of the black soot that wasnt coming off, most likely stained to his skin now. That and a few burn marks adorned his arms, marks that he didnt even notice until he got in the shower. Inspecting them more carefully, Leon noted the angry red color of the blisters, and the swelling. it looked like he needed to go to the first aid station after this and get wrapped up.
Finishing his shower, Leon meandered over to the first aid station and bandaged up, before ehading over to the chow hall. After grabbing a bite to eat, which actually was a lot more then just a bite, due to the fact that working on a Gundam for a few hours builds up quite an appetite, Leon walked over to the com room.
"Leon Tavolin here. I need to send a message to my other comrades. This will be short and brief."
The Person at the Com desk just nodded and stood up, letting Leon access the correct channel. He put a chip into the computer before sending his message though, causing the channel to be encrypted so that only Celestial Being could read it.
"Abigaile, Seta, Solias. This is Leon. I have reached the Katharon command ship. I do happen to need a list of parts for repair. I know we have em, but dont hurry up or anything. I got a few more miles on them before my warranty expires, if ya know what I mean. Ill send the list over attached to this message, crypted as Code-Delta. I dont know if we have A-Laws listening in here or not. Leon out."
Leon finished his recording, and sent the message. Turning the com desk back over, he was intrigued by a small map on the wall.
"Whats this a map of?"

Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique]

Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user taps into their chakra and exchanges places with an object of similar weight and size. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.

Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].

Description: Through one handseal, the user will be able to disappear from their previous position and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use, though they must travel more than 2 miles, and know exactly where they are going. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, or to leave a thread entirely. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, meaning you can't start a battle with it either. Also, the user is merely traveling quickly, not teleporting, so it can't be used to escape when they are tied up or locked up.
Suimen Hokou no Gyou [Art of Water Walking]

Description: Being a forbidden and advanced ninjutsu, only a few people know this technique perfectly. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu since the main function is to create clones. However, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu doesn't create mere illusion clones. This jutsu can create clones that are real, and can deal physical damage as well as take a portion of the users chakra into themselves and create their own chakra circulatory system. They disappear after being hit by an attack.

Description: This Katon ninjutsu is believed to be the one of the strongest jutsus of the Katon series. This ninjutsu however requires a lot of chakra, concentration, and preparation time. A few diverse hand seals are done, and after gathering all the chakra in his mouth, the ninja will create so much flame that a red-hot fire will light up around them. All that chakra is then converted into fire inside the ninja's mouth, and it is all ejected at once, creating an extremely long blaze of fire, going directly to the opponent. This technique is straight, fast, and strong. It is most likely to be used after the enemy has been immobilized, because with such large amounts of chakra being used, most users simply cannot afford to waste it all by missing.

Description: After a very long series of handseals, the user holds the Dragon seal. As the user stands in one spot, the ground within 100 meters of his or her body will begin to ignite. As larger and larger fires start, they will begin to spread outward from the original location, always traveling away from the user. Eventually, the fires created by this jutsu will become raging infernos, eating away at anything and everything in their path. This jutsu can cause devastation to any environment, as the flames are spread by chakra, and not any type of physical fuel such as grass.
