things on my mind

okay, so I've been looking round at things and it seems that staff have everything good or OP and no im not criticizing anyone i just want things cleared up as when i was on this site before.... it was good. here are my examples:

Sousuke Unagai:he seemingly has 2 characters,both of which are S-rank. One of which has eternal mangekyou sharingan and space/time manipulation with all elements. And he has Gobi, the 5 tailed bijuu (third strongest)

Raikuni:has 6 tailed bijuu. mizukage. levina clan leader. super ultra mega powered lightning. Also he has a sword which is basically impossible to dodge and if it hit you its a one hit kill<---i mean WTF all he has to do is use that and in the first post he wins a fight.

Koujetsu hanagayu:Kyuubi. kaguya leader. raikage.

xXLightxDarkXx:rinnegan.all elements. amegakage.

Aoiharu:Hokage. Taijutsu master and hyuuga leader.

i mean that seems like their way OP.... and gain all the good things. If not i would love if someone would enlighten me, also this is not maeant to cause an argument its just what thing look like. Also im not picking on anyone as Sou,Kuni and dark are my friends from the old Areal.

I agree, while they may all be admins, it should still be fair. The two main ones being sousuke and Raikuni. I do not wish to impose, but these to people should cercainly be "Downgraded". They are far two powerful and would surley win all fights, which is completley unfair. Might i also add that sousuke is in the akatsuki.

actually i have limits that i use... my sword technique I HAVE NEVER USED IN A FIGHT! and ive made that sword 4 months ago.

and you cant forget the kage status is simply a title

It may seem OP, but none of us actually roleplay that way. If anything, we all underpower our characters with those attributes.

For example, Dark is the only person I know of that I can easily grant Rin'negan to, and not worry about it being played over powered. The same reason for why I have the Kyuubi.

yes, i know that kuni you will never gm nor will sou and dark however why is it that all them members there are staff and they have ALOT, but ye point taken that the staff gain so much cos they wont gm.
